Changes
Buyer shall have the right at any time to make changes in drawings, design, specifications, material, packaging, time and place of delivery and method of transportation. If any such change causes an increase or decrease in the cost or the time required for the performance, an equitable negotiated adjustment shall be made and the agreement created by the acceptance of this Purchase Order shall be modified in writing accordingly. Safeguard Technology, Inc. shall undertake no work on any such changes, additions or omission unless and until Safeguard Technology, Inc. delivers a Quote and buyer issues a written change order.
Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled, reduced, changed or suspended without SAFEGUARD TECHNOLOGY, INC.’S written consent and payment of reasonable and proper cancellation charges.
Returns
As a general rule, products are custom made to order and cannot be returned. If SAFEGUARD TECHNOLOGY, INC.’S Management approves a return, items must be returned in original, unused clean condition, freight prepaid. We will not accept items returned freight collect. All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. We will not accept unauthorized returns.
